AAP Grants and Support
The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) provides grants and resources to support pediatricians making a difference in child health. For example, Community Access to Child Health (CATCH) Grants of up to $10,000 are available to individual pediatricians and trainees to develop innovative community-based child health initiatives. AAP Special Achievement Award
Each year, up to three members of each chapter may receive special recognition for projects, achievements, or to honor efforts at the chapter level. Nominations for a Special Achievement Award winner for our Ontario Chapter must be received by December 31 each calendar year. Nominees must be current AAP members. Nominations may be submitted on behalf of an individual or a group and should describe the achievement(s) in 500 words or less.
